Bernie Francis, Chief Executive Officer
Chief Executive Officer and BCS co-founder, Bernie Francis holds an undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Dallas. Mr. Francis attended Dartmouth University's Minority Business Executive Program, and he is also a war veteran who served his country in the United States Air Force.
Mr. Francis has focused on developing true partnerships with both clients and consultants, taking time to fully understand their needs and preferences. He believes that in order to succeed, "BCS must earn the respect and trust of our clients every day."

Dianne Ferguson, President
BCS President, Dianne Ferguson, co-founded the company following an impressive career as an independent consultant to major corporations. Ms. Ferguson completed her education at Northeastern University (MA), and is also a graduate of Dartmouth's Amos Tuck Minority Business Advancement Program (MBAP) and the University of Austin's Minority Business Executive Program (MBEP).
Ms. Ferguson is considered a customer and employee relations "czar" and is heavily involved in sales and relationship building. Much of the company’s success comes from her unrelenting focus on customer satisfaction and quality performance.
Ms. Ferguson is a past chair of the National Association of Computer Consulting Businesses (NACCB) and volunteers her time with a variety of other community organizations, including Women in Science and Engineering.
