Charles “Chuck” Dvorsky, Quality Assurance/Safety technical specialist, passed away Tuesday, May 26, following a short illness.
Last Monday, Chuck became ill and was admitted Baylor University Medical Center for what was initially a digestive problem. During the subsequent days, complications caused his condition to worsen. He battled his illness until Tuesday morning when he passed away quietly. He is survived by his wife, Angela, who is expecting the couple’s first child, Annika Marie, this Thursday, May 28.
Chuck joined the Rail Program Development team in July 2008. As an employee of our consultant, Business Control Services, he was responsible for the department’s NRV fleet, cellular telephones, and a variety of other critical departmental functions.
