Our associates are the lifeblood of our organization, and we are proud that you're part of our team. We've made the employee handbook and a number of forms available below so that you can access them whether on a project or at home.If there is any discrepancy between policies as found on this site and policies maintained in writing by the BCS Human Resources department, the policy maintained at the department will supersede that shown here. If you have any questions about the forms, or you aren't sure which form to fill out, please call the nearest Branch Manager, or the appropriate Corporate department.
