Rapid Growth Triggers Staffing Firm Expansion
Addison, Texas, Feb. 1, 2007
After closing the books on 2006, Business Control Systems, L.P. (BCS), certified a blistering 200% income growth over 2005. "Our 3-year disciplined containment of overhead made it inevitable when our top line spiked it would rain dollars on the bottom line, CEO Bernie Francis said. I'm extremely appreciative of how all our employees pulled together over the past couple of years and helped dig us out the deep hole we got pounded into post 9-11, corporate scandals and telecom slump. We've weathered the storm, righted our ship and we anticipate a lot of smooth sailing ahead.
To meet the demands of a rapidly growing customer base and higher revenues, BCS will add staff to all four of its regional offices in 2007. "I can hardly remember the last time we added overhead staff, says Mr. Francis. More often we made do by shuffling the chairs on deck."
Founded in 1981, BCS is a minority-owned company specializing in "just-in-time" information technology and engineering staffing. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, the company helps clients to complete projects on time and within budget while capping their high carrying cost of technical staff. BCS has regional offices in Dallas, TX, Austin, TX, Charlotte, NC and Greensboro, NC.
