Dear, Subcontractor Partner Applicant,
Thank you for your interest in Business Control Systems, LP's Subcontract Partner Program.
The content form contains a number of requirements that you must follow in order to be accepted into the program.
SUBCONTRACT PARTNER QUALIFICATION CHECKLIST
As a Subcontractor Partner, you become a partner to BCS and its clients. By signing a BCS Partner Agreement, you are accountable for the same terms and conditions held under BCS’s Client Contracts. Any violation of the clients’ policies and/or your contractual agreement with BCS may result in termination of the BCS partnership. To receive consideration, companies applying for Subcontractor or 1099 Independent Contractor status must profile as follows and provide BCS with the following documentation:
Registration as a business for at least two (2) years
If registering for Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, Disabled-Owner Business Enterprise status, a current letter or certificate from a state agency certifying M/W/DBE status.
Provide a completed W-9 (click here for form)
Provide documented evidence of a corporation in good standing. (Letter or certificate from State preferred)
Provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Business Control Systems, L.P. as a Named Insured with the following limits of liability:
Worker’s Compensation: $500,000 per accident for Bodily Injury and $500,000 per employee/aggregate for disease.
Excess coverage: $5,000,000 with respect to above.
Commercial General Liability: a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence per location and $2,000,000 aggregate
Business Automobile Liability with a minimum of $1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence.
SUBCONTRACT PARTNER AGREEMENT
Subcontract Partner must adhere to the Prime Vendor Guidelines as set forth by client.
Subcontract Partner Candidates will be submitted through the established BCS process. Any submittal/resume should ONLY contain BCS’ name and logo.
Subcontract Partner will notify all Candidates that, if accepted for placement, they will be required to sign clients’ Confidentiality/ Non –Disclosure Agreement if requested.
Subcontract Partner and/ or Consultants hired must use ONLY BCS timesheets when reporting time to BCS and /or its clients. BCS is the only company name its clients are to see on timesheets and the BCS timesheet is the only timesheet its clients are to sign.
Subcontract Partner must provide approved, signed BCS timesheets to BCS every Friday afternoon by 6:00 p.m. CST, unless work will be done over the weekend.
Subcontract Partner must provide I-9’s or copy of H1 work visa (Right to work identification) on consultants if requested.
Subcontract Partner must hold the H1B visa and be the employer of any candidate that is submitted
